Shelley Loving, former teen/single mom turned Certified Nutrition Chef talks with us about cooking healthy and how her journey as a single mother brought her to determination and focus to help others.

4. Never Ever Ever Quit.

5. Realize Eating Healthy Doesn't Have to Break the Bank

She goes on to share 5 Steps to a Healthy Eating Journey:

1. Plan Meals and conduct Meal Preparation to save time

2. Do Not Use refined oils, but instead use olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil

3. Make homemade sauces and dressings...easier than you think

4. Read Ingredients on the products we buy before consuming

5. Avoid Inflammatory foods like dairy, gluten, white refined sugar and most artificial sweeteners

She challenges us to ask "What's on YOUR Fork?" and to eat better and be stronger.
