Today we spoke Steve Gera – Innovation specialist, former NFL coach, CEO Gains Group, Leaders in Sport consultant and former Marine.

Steve has an amazing resume, and story in high performance and sports from his start with the Marine Corps post 9/11 - to working in the NFL with the Browns and Chargers -to his sports sabbatical where he gained a depth of experience across different organisations in Europe - such as Chelsea FC, Barcelona FC, Real Madrid, McLaren F1, etc.

We open the dialogue with an insight into Steve's life in American football, and what he has taken from this pandemic period.
