Hello Everyone! Welcome back for season 2

On Episode 10 I speak with Gabriella. Gabby has had sleeping issues for a very long time and things have only gotten worst since having her baby. Tune in to see how Gabby's experiences with narcolepsy and lucid dreaming and how it has shaped her life.

Narcolepsy - a condition characterized by an extreme tendency to fall asleep whenever in relaxing surroundings.

Lucid Dreaming - a type of dream where the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.
