Are you contemplating a change in your routine to drive your weight loss or improve your health? Dr. Lisa has a four step plan to get you on the right track. In part one of this series, she does a deep dive into what it looks like to BELIEVE that weight loss is possible. She also shares what it sounds like when someone doesn't believe. If you don't believe weight loss is possible for you, take a listen. You might just find that grain of belief that's all you need to climb the ladder, and start changing things up. Weight loss IS possible, even if you're feeling stuck, and even if you've found it hard to lose weight or keep it off before. Before you give up, work on BELIEVING.
