On today's episode, Jason kicks things by sharing his thoughts on the reports that Kyrie Irving is a sure thing to end up with the Los Angeles Lakers before next season. One word: Why? Kyrie has been a malcontent on every team he's been on since he left LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2017. There's a reason why the Lakers seem to be the only team interested in Kyrie's services; Let's just hope Los Angeles is smart enough not to give up too much for Irving in the deal. Speaking of the Brooklyn Nets, the Kevin Durant trade market is moving at a glacial pace. In fact, at least prominent NBA insider is reporting that KD has been ghosting other star players who have been trying to recruit Durant to their team. However, internet sleuths did uncover a breadcrumb that could let us know which team has the inside track to land KD so you definitely want to keep an eye on that one. Finally, J-Mac closes the show by explaining how the difficulties surrounding any potential Durant deal could signal the official death of the Super Team Era. It's unbelievably hard to field a competitive roster when you have to flip most of your assets for a third superstar.
