One important thing I had to learn in my business is that there’s a difference between working IN your business and ON your business. It can be hard to take yourself out of the everyday things that keep a business going but I’ve found that having a weekly CEO day gives me the time to do that big picture work.
In this episode, I'm going over what it means to work ON your business and not just simply IN it. Being the CEO of your business means checking in on business goals, creating action plans for future launches, reviewing financial goals, bouncing ideas off business besties, and investing in workshops or learning that can help you grow.
