Considering laws can be very different depending on where you are based, and each personal situation is different. We will go through the various structures you can pick for your business and your assets. We will look at each structure's pros and cons, tax structures, and everything you must know to protect your business, family and legacy.

It also gives the company a legal form, and most importantly, a tax structure that will help us avoid unpleasant surprises with the IRS.
