Food, drinks and dessert is what it's about for this edition of The City's Backyard! We are in the backyard of Fairfield County, CT to chat with some of the best in the biz! We talk to Sergio Sisca from Francesca's Cafe and Grill on Westport Ave in Norwalk! From Italy to Norwalk Sergio does it all! He truly has the best cappuccino in town!
We check in with Chef Bryan Malcarney who runs two local restaurants...Rory's In Darien and Wall Street Tavern in Norwalk. He talks about how he keeps his restaurant businesses alive during the pandemic! Also we chat with local entrepreneur Lindsay Arakelian about her homemade handmade ice cream as she tries to grow her local business and why she carries her delicious ice cream at Wall Street Tavern!
Then we go to the beer lab and talk brews with Jim and Dave Baulsir from Redding Beer Co. We find out what is on tap for Spring and Summer with all of their great tasting local craft beers! So kick back and enjoy this episode that's all about food, local music, beer, coffee and desserts!
