We are led to believe that dairy is the ultimate source for calcium, vitamin D and protein. It is essential for strong bones and without it you’d be as fragile as glass. Your health depends so much on dairy that there is a food group devoted exclusively to it.

But have we been misled?

“The Weight Loss Champion” Chuck Carroll is joined by Dr. Neal Barnard and dietitian Susan Levin to review the major health claims being touted about milk! They hop on the National Dairy Council website and go over them one by one. All claims are put under the microscope!
