Laura Katz has been disrupting the infant formula industry as the founder and CEO of Helaina since 2019. Helaina is the first company to bring the immune-nourishing proteins in breast milk to infant formula. Laura shares how listening to a podcast about the black market for breast milk helped her see a problem in the market. Through her background in food science, they can provide the solution to parents who either cannot, or choose not, to breastfeed.
