In this episode of The Living Artist, Preston speaks again with Los Angeles artist Sarah Svetlana. Trigger Warning: This episode is all about healing and Sarah bravely shares her personal story, struggles and recent healing process, which might be difficult for some listeners. This conversation is meant to be helpful for anyone out there (artist, mother, or otherwise) who is struggling with any of the topics and issues covered. It is an uplifting episode and a testament to Sarah's strength and perseverance as an artist, survivor and second time new mother. Sarah also shares many of the new art projects she is currently working on with a brand new positive perspective and energy. Much of what was discussed during this conversation is uplifting and empowering to anyone out there who is suffering and is full of helpful suggestions in how to heal trauma and addiction in your own life. Both Preston and Sarah are not trained mental health professionals however, and one should be consulted if you are struggling personally with any of the issues covered in this episode.
