In this episode of The Living Artist, Preston speaks with California based photographer Tim Tadder. Tim has been ranked in the Top 200 photographers worldwide by the prestigious Lurzer's International Archive Magazine and by Epson as one of the top influential photographers in the world. Tim's work is colorful and provocative and is being showcased and collected worldwide through Avant Gallery, who represents him. Tim is recently coming off of three very important and extremely well received exhibitions/collections with "Nothing to See", "The United States of Purple" and "Black is a Color". In this episode, Tim speaks with Preston in-depth about the concept and execution of this important trilogy, as well as his successful career and training as a commercial photographer, the difficult and recent loss of his father, developing his craft as an artist, politics and social justice in his art, working with his amazing models, his evolving relationship with Avant Gallery, selling his work to collectors, the power of harnessing anxiety in his art practice, a new direction of his art reflecting inward, working with "superhumans", honoring his father through his work, and much much more.
