In this episode I chat to Les Mills International Trainer/Presenter and Bas Hollander. Most of you will know Bas from presenting on filming releases foe Les Mills GRIT™️, The TRIP, Les Mills SPRINT. Having recently moved to New Zealand Bas is now responsible for education content for the instructor tribe. In this episode we have a chat about Les Mills TV, Vlogging, Born To Move, Bas also shares with me what his instructor to trainer journey was like, some top tips for new instructors and answers some of the questions i received on social media for you.
