In this half hour panel discussion, Prof Sarah-Jayne Blakemore (Cambridge, UK), Prof Russell Foster (Oxford, UK) and Prof Ian Hickie (Sydney, Australia) explore the relationship between sleep and youth anxiety and depression. They explain why sleep is so important during adolescence and present some of the ways that young people can learn more about sleep, which can have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.
