Mindful minimalism requires you to pause and be present, notice and be aware, and move forward with intention and without judgment. Mindfulness helps distill your experiences and thoughts into a way that provides a clear lens from which you view your world and decisions.

Connecting with how you want to feel in life is a powerful guiding light when moving forward towards a more minimalist life.
