Jessica is a well rounded athlete with a diverse background that has allowed her to compete at a high level in crossfit, powerlifting, and turning professional as a physique competitor.
Trained by Bryan Troianello from The Standard Training system, she's in a good place both mentally and physically as she gets ready to take to the stage.
