“More natural light, less fake light. That's really what it comes down to. It's that simple,” explains Jim Laird, Strength & Conditioning Coach. Today, guests Jim and Dr. Leland Stillman, an Integrative Physician, discuss the effects of quantum biology on fitness. When we are constantly inside and subjected to artificial light, we prohibit our natural circadian rhythm. Not only will we be subjected to disease and poor sleep, but we will not be able to meet our peak performance.
