Born and raised Mormon in Utah, Kayla left home and the church at 17 to find her own path. Her travels across the states introduced her to diverse perspectives and ways of life. Settling in North Carolina, she spent six years as an exotic dancer, where she reconnected with her innate life force, sensuality, and personal power. During this time, she also became a certified yoga instructor. Today, Kayla runs her own healing business, guiding women to reconnect with themselves through somatic journeys, moon- work, and body healing. She hosts local women's moon ceremonies and is dedicated to living a full, present, and embodied life, sharing her journey and wisdom with others.
