Last supper mentality aka scarcity thinking around food:

I don't know when I'm going to be able to have this again, so might as well get it in while I can.

Most commonly seen right before the New Year's when all the chatter around resolutions and New Year, New You starts.

OR

anytime you're thinking about making some of those 'lifestyle' changes aka dieting.

OR

anytime you make cookies and you live with a gang of cookie monsters (like me ) and you think you have to eat all the cookies before they're gone

This way of thinking basically has you sabotage yourself before you even start.

It's like "I'm going to be so miserable, so might as well get all the pleasure I can from food and wine now before I have to give it all up"

But what if it didn't actually have to suck?

What if it could be simple, doable, and dare I even say fun?

That, to me, is the epitome of a lifestyle.

Not me (or you) trying to cram our lives into neatly color coded containers or a super specific meal plan and workout program or someone else's food rules for our lives.

Imagine rolling into 2021 with a clear strategy for you to finally reach your health goals without feeling deprived, restricted, or going back to scarcity eating.

Wouldn't it be great if 2021 would be the last year of trying to lose those last 10-15 pounds.. and learning to embrace and love your body NOW.. not someday?

This can be your reality too, my friend.
