What's up busy mama?! I see you. You're so busy pouring into everyone else's cup, you hardly have time to drink a hot cup of coffee in the morning let alone take time to fill your own cup..you're exhausted, burned out, and ready to runaway--not forever...just for a few hours ;)
Did I just describe your day in a nutshell?
That was me a few years ago. I would stay up late watching Bravo, secretly snacking away on all the carbs I didn't eat during the day being "good" on my diet, and stumble to bed sometime after 10.
My kids were my alarm clock. Which let's face it, never put me in a good mood. I had started hearing about the importance of a morning routine, but knew there was no way in heck a morning routine could happen if my sleep hygiene sucked.
So, instead of tackling the morning routine first, I had to establish healthy sleep habits, and even needed to make over my time management strategy during the day.
It's all connected, and on today's show we get into some of my top time management tips to help you get a better night's sleep. Bonus: we even talk about setting up a bedtime routine that works for your busy schedule!
