Have you ever found yourself saying "I'll just figure it out on my own" or "I'll try it on my own first for a little while"? Then this episode is for you. This week, we talk all about the importance of knowing what kind of help is available.
The reason this doesn't work is because if you did know how to do it, you would have done it by now...on your own. Building a strong support system for yourself will supercharge your results and get you there SO much faster.
Hiring coaches and other mentors will help you see your own blind spots and will give you the tough love when you need it, and will also teach you how to have your own back when you slip and fall.
Of course you could google your way to your results and you could spend all your free time reading the latest trends, but as we know the information is always contradicting itself.
One week it's do this, not that. Then the next the total opposite is being supported.
Every since I became a coach, I had one belief: my client actually already knows what they need to do. They just needed a little guidance figuring it out.
