Just over 14 months ago, Paul Johnson wasn't running seriously. And now, just over a year later, he has taken on the Canyons 100, the World Series of Ultra Running UTMB, set a personal marathon best of 2:46 and at the time this recording drops he will be setting out for a 150 mile training adventure from Newport, Rhode Island to Boston and back, all in preparation for a world record attempt from Los Angeles to New York beginning in March 2024.

And while all this is impressive, we were more impressed by who Paul is as a person and his constant willingness to look inside, be honest with what he sees, and take action to improve. It's something we can ALL learn from. So take us on your long run and like always, let us know what you think. Ladies and gentlemen, Paul Johnson!
