In today’s episode, I am super excited to introduce to you, Roy Jessup, an over-the-road legend having an incredible impact in our industry.
I first learned of Roy from a Facebook group that we are both members of. Roy really highlights the great parts of our industry, by sharing beautiful scenic pictures of his travels and always portrays a great attitude.
I strongly believe that Roy is doing this right, and is an excellent example of the type of success professional drivers can have in our industry, while operating over the road, but also dedicating time to be a family man.
During the episode, Roy stated, "It's all in your outlook" when we were discussing the different challenges traveling through the Rocky Mountains, amongst other things and I felt this statement really confirmed the character of Roy. Additionally, Roy spoke on his legacy, and his desire for it to be "he got the job done, right, and most of all, safely".
