He shares how he transitioned from semi-professional rugby to mixed martial arts, helps Jim and Matt settle a debate on whether or not audiobooks are the same as reading, and opens up about helping UFC Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya prepare for his bout against Jared Cannonier at UFC 276.
