First, adventurer and extreme athlete Ash Dykes joins Jim and Matt to discuss all of his wild treks and journeys, from nearly dying from heat stroke while hiking across Madagascar to being the first person to travel the entire length of the nearly 4,000 mile Yangtze River in Asia. He also talks about his time training and competing in Muay Thai while living in Thailand and explains the difference in mentality between fighting and extreme athletics.

Then, Ciryl Gane joins Jim and Matt ahead of his main event bout against Derrick Lewis at UFC 265 in Houston, Texas this Saturday for the UFC Interim Heavyweight belt.
