This week I had the beautiful Sally Jane Douglas on the podcast. She is a Women's Empowerment Mentor and Women's Embodiment Coach with 15 years experience working with and supporting women. I was lucky to cross paths with her through the Body By Finch program. She is so generous with her time, imparting wisdom to women to allow them to be the best selves.
Sally took us on a journey explaining how she began on this journey fresh out of high school and where her dreams took her as well as her learnings. To how a previous relationship cemented who she wanted to support in the health space. Trigger warning for those listening as she briefly explains that said relationship was toxic and she experienced domestic violence. So please be safe and check in with your loved ones or organisations like Life Line or Respect Australia if you need extra help.
She is a busy bee, offering her services through her signature online group programs (EmpowerHER and SHE Collective), Sally compassionately guides women to reconnect with their intuition, step into their power, and unleash a pleasure-filled life of their dreams! She explains the two which are currently available.
Sally’s greatest joy is facilitating women to overcome their fears and doubts and witness them develop self-trust and self-belief to lead their lives with confidence and clarity.
Living her own life heart led, Sally fiercely embodies all she teaches as she supports women to feel deeply, live fearlessly and love wholeheartedly in their own lives too.
We also spoke about what she does to fill her cup including the choice to move up to the Sunny Coast and most recently renting a van to explore.
