Is there someone in your life who is always pushing food on you?
Even when you aren’t hungry?

Someone who doesn’t take no for an answer?

Most of us have dealt with friends or family who do this at some point in time.
We’ve heard those words:

But I made it just for you!
Everyone is having some.
You’re no fun!
Is that all you’re having?

Most of us have felt the anger, the embarrassment, and the guilt and those feelings are so uncomfortable, sometimes we think it’s easier to just go ahead and eat.

Even if you’re not hungry.
I’ve been there and I’ll bet you have also.

You just want to crawl into a hole rather than have all the attention on you and what you are or aren’t eating, right?

This coaching session will help you look at why some people push others to eat food they don’t want or need and have a new perspective about it.

From there, we will talk about how to recognize this challenge and come up with a game plan to deal with the next food pusher you meet.

You are always in charge of what, when and how much you eat.
Now let’s understand why others might push you to eat more than you need and figure out how to honor yourself without having a big issue with them.

You can absolutely do this!
