It is a new year, you should feel new and refreshed right?? Not so much.
With the new year comes the hope for renewal and rebirth and here we are three weeks in and nothing feels different. Why is that?
In another impromptu car rant, I discuss why you don't feel things changing like you had hoped and what you can do to relieve the anxiety you feel about things not changing. I also talk about why it is is important to sit with things and not to force change.
Things are shifting, it will just take some time.
