訪香港攝影梁瑋鑫. 公共屋邨於1970年代陸續建成，當時房屋署參考鄰國星馬的做法，以新加坡組屋熟食市場為藍本，在香港愛民邨興建首個冬菇亭，開設廉價食肆，切合當時基層市民的生活水平。. 這類熟食檔多以大牌檔形式經營，但由於屋頂以紙皮石鋪成，中間有拱形排氣口，形像冬菇，故俗稱「冬菇亭」.........
