味道是一種集體回憶.好比是香港飲茶時必定會叫一兩件蝦餃燒賣, 一宗兩件是必選. 聽友們也很熱心地把他們當地的菜單傳給我看, 今日回應大家的提問 ,特別訪談位於台北巿西門町的一間酒吧,名字是{獅鬥},老闆及老闆娘是香港人並親手製作燒賣,碗仔翅等等,我可親自去嘗過味道, 現在這店是火紅囉啦....近期有活動邀請去參加, 名字取『獅鬥』並非香港人音釋為『私竇』-私人會所, 其實老闆是有一段少時的回憶因而為店取名獅鬥, 他會解釋給大家聽.....
