Oswaldo Navarro is a Mexican that found himself making his way out to our lovely island or #Taiwan first in 2012. He noticed that although the popularity of #MexicanfoodinTaiwan was growing, there were not many places to get a good #taco. So like any good #MexicaninTaiwan, he started his own Taco business in the form of a #TacoTruck
#TacoToro was born last year and has had many successes along the way.
