聽人講，以前好景嗰陣，個個都諗住跳槽，人才難得，每間公司都想吸納一啲人才去令到自己公司保持競爭力。當時環境令到Recruiting係一個好吃香嘅行業，因為當時個競爭令到每一個recruiter 都非常用力咁去搵下一個placement。所以當時佢哋當時有一個稱號 - 獵頭，headhunter。時至今年因為疫情嘅關係，有好多人失業，好多人都好努力咁搵緊下一份嘅工作，所以我專登upload返我之前同一位 Recruiter 朋友 Angel 嘅呢一集Overheard 上嚟，俾大家聽下Angel俾大家喺搵工時嘅一啲意見橋妙。雖然啲資料可能有啲outdated 但係大家都可以聽吓究竟recruitement 係一個點樣嘅行業。…

聽人講，Practice makes perfect，好多時，實習-可以俾喺書本上學得更多。我哋每次去做一樣新嘅事嘅時候，無論之前嘅準備功夫做得幾好，到真係落手做，先會對做緊嘅事有更深刻嘅了解同埋認識。Emily喺今年二月開始加入咗overheard，話就話係實習，但係emily嘅加入，絕對係對overheard嘅成長裏便重要嘅一部份。之前我哋喺ig上面有叫過大家估下OverheARED個Jingle係邊個做嘅，其實就係出自Emily嘅手筆。呢一集將會係overheard第三輯嘅最後一集，我會同emily一齊去傾下呢幾個月嚟，我哋製作呢一輯Overheard時嘅帶到俾我哋嘅一啲嘅經歷同埋感受。由Peas Media
