Today’s diary comes from Roddy Woomble, solo artist and frontman of rock band Idlewild. Roddy lives on the island of Iona in the Scottish Hebrides, small enough that it only has two shops, and a population of 90. With no tourism incoming from the mainland he tells us what it’s like when a small island becomes even more isolated.
