In our previous interview with Janne Kuikka from Talented we heard that Sweden offers a lot of possibilities for software consultants and freelancers. We got curious and this is the first episode of a series of interviews we are conducting with various IT-related companies in Sweden.
Carl Bergström has an extensive career in both selling and recruiting IT talent. He currently works at 7N - a headhunting agency focused on bringing together high-class IT talents with ambitious customer companies. We discuss his views on the role of consultants and the important balance between having the right competences, but still keeping the project team small enough. We also discuss how the Swedish IT ecosystem has progressed regarding outsourcing, offshoring, remote work and knowing the native language.
