Today we’re bringing you once again to beautiful Barbados as we catch up with the inspirational Tom Hinds of Naniki Barbados.

We recently visited Tom at Naniki to learn more about his particularly special part of the island. He brought us on a trail around the verdant forests of Naniki, we enjoyed forest bathing, yoga and breakfast accompanied by the sounds of nature and sumptuous views of the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.
