One day you walk into work, and “boom” the manager comes in and delivers the news “we appreciate your efforts to this company, but unfortunately, we’re going to have to send you home.”
Wow! Definitely unexpected, but as the story unfolds, we explore all the good that can come out of a forced career change, and how one can make it through a hit like this and come out on the other side feeling positive about it!
As we get into the story, we Identify and agree that goofing off a little and focusing on ones self in these types of situations is good, but only for a short time. You’ve got to get right back to cultivating and executing a new plan, that will take you into the next phase feeling in control of things. There is actually so much good that can come out of this type of experience, if you’ll only keep your head up, eyes forward and look for it.
Lastly, we have a good laugh centered around a couple of in-house produced meme’s, so I hope you enjoy this little funny moment.
