In this episode, your host Lori, will be speaking about what happens when you fall into a rut? We all have moments, big or small, where things just seem mundane and robotic and we forget to do the things we enjoy doing because, life just gets in the way, or really, we're just lazy. And lazy gets tossed around like a bad word. Instead, what we'll explore in this episode is, do we fall into ruts for fear of succeeding, or do we fall into ruts and forget that that too is a learning experience. A time to maybe make changes in your self-care routine, adding something or taking something away.
