As we enter #MentalHealthAwareness month, It's important that we recognize potential threats to our mentality. We have to be prepared so that when scenarios arise, we have the tools to fight against the negative effects they may bring. This week , we dive deeper into FOMO and what it all means. I have learned in my healing journey that I have struggled with I'll feelings that FOMO can display and I didn't know up until a couple years ago what it really was.
