In this week’s episode, we go back in time to November 2022, when I was at fat camp in Thailand, training at Tiger Muay Thai. During that time, I trained with Tom Kaemmerer-Farag from London, Tom in his spare time, teaches people self-defence. Throughout this episode, we chat about the differences of self-defence vs martial arts. In Toms class, we chat about what he teaches his students, including, laws surrounding self-defence, what to look out for in certain situations, what to do in those situations and much more.
