Pour yourself a cold one, board up the windows, and settle in for a sweet and sour sit-down.

"Sour Ex-Girlfriend"
- 1 Egg White
- 1 ½ oz Tequila
- 1 oz Fresh Clementine Juice
- 1 Yellow Peach
- ⅓ oz Lemon Juice
- ⅔ oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Coat the interior of coup glass with hibiscus syrup and chill.
- In a shaker, muddle peach the peach to a pulp
- Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until tin is cold to the touch
- Strain into chilled coupe glass and add bitters
- Garnish with thin peach slice drizzled with hibiscus syrup
