First, we investigate healthy eating and how making positive choices can keep those post-holiday blues at bay.

We also discuss sustainability at Christmas and the small changes we can make to reduce our impact on the environment during the festive period.

Finally, we look to January and the inevitability of New Years Resolutions. Easy to keep and even easier to break, we discuss personal transformation and how sticking to our goals doesn't have to be difficult.
