How does your purpose scale?
As a leader, scaling your purpose means creating lasting impact that extends far beyond your immediate role. When you scale effectively, you create waves of positive change that continue even in your absence. This is something I’ve realized over time—every action, every word can have a ripple effect.
I’m reminded of Elaine Chao, whose leadership journey took her from the Peace Corps to the Department of Labor and then to Transportation. She scaled her mission of creating economic opportunity across different sectors. This week, I encourage you to intentionally consider how you can expand opportunities for others.
