As a top-notch collaborator or as a marvellous solo artist who has some film directing chops. Mr. Byrne has dipped his toe in many different mediums, and let’s forget his trailblazing work in of the greatest bands of all time, the Talking Heads. A true renaissance man, in the late 80’s he decided to start up his own label called Luka Bop. Now David Byrne has a total respect for music all around the world, and Luka Bop more than reflects his varied tastes masterfully. On our most recent show we pay tribute to the many different artists on his label and it is a total celebration to behold.
