We do something called trade for trade where we take a major trade from the world of sport and see if we can match it in the NHL. This week it’s the Anthony Davis NBA trade. What would the comparable trade be in the NHL. A ton of actual NHL trades, signings and extensions. Some of which are bad and some of which are…well they are all pretty bad. Karlsson gets 8 years and the Sharks have no money to fill out their roster. Kevin Hayes gets paid more than Bergeron, McKinnon and a lot of other really good players.
