Join Jolie Hodson the CEO and Justine Smyth the Chair of Spark as we follow on from the International Women's Day with a special edition of A YARN LIVE for AFQY WOMEN with your host Ryan the Lion.
This year on March 8th #afqyWOMEN hosted an #IWD2021 online breakfast with 80+ attendees - the group agreed, this should not just be one day a year but an everyday effort.
We also saw the results through the public and private comments shared by various women about the positive impact enjoyed by them.

Hence we are running a special series beginning with Jolie and Justine to continue driving change through a range of stories. With regular communication and behaviours that support and lead culture change together we can all make a difference.
In this interview we want to share in particular the story of these two women's' individual journeys to CEO and Chair of the same company; the moments, the hardships, the successes and then also to give us insight into leading one of New Zealand's largest companies.
