Access Your Leadership with Hakim Lakhdar

Rob Cressy is an AI & Self Development Coach, Entrepreneur, Podcast Host, Speaker and the Co-founder of the Unlimited Coach community. Rob and Hakim have run in similar circles for some time now and really connected when they attended a virtual conference for a coaching community, where they each helped elevate the virtual space for those not attending the London event in-person. From there, their connection grew and Hakim ended up engaging Rob in podcast coaching in order to launch Access Your Leadership. From there, they met up in Santa Monica and have become close friends and co-creators, meeting up often in-person since they both reside in Florida. In this episode, Hakim welcomes Rob onto the podcast to commemorate and celebrate the podcast’s one-year anniversary. Together, they talk about the journey of even getting to the place of being “ready” to launch a podcast and then what self-leadership was required to actually execute on that desire. Rob talks about his own journey and the various challenges and obstacles he’s encountered along the way and how he helps others better understand themselves to navigate those more effectively. Hakim and Rob talk about the level of responsibility and ownership we can create in our own lives, careers and creation journeys. How does control play into self-leadership? What does it take to take action despite limiting beliefs, apprehension and a lack of knowledge of the steps to get where you’re going? Why is energy so important when you’re sharing yourself online? How is just noticing what’s alive in you enough to create content and impact? What’s the difference between 0 and 1? Are you a passive observer or active participant in your leadership and life? What does it mean to feel like a sports car stuck in the garage and what’s your role to play? How important is momentum and putting in the reps when it comes to starting something new?
