In this weeks episode I wanted to share a little about how ADHD is unseen for the most part and therefore makes it difficult for other people to realise the struggles that come with it.
This is because there is no picture of what an ADHD person looks like as is the same for most neurodevelopmental conditions.
I also talk about the importance of being able to say yes to the opportunities that come up in business as they open you up to so many things.
