Evangelist Ardelia Deloney is a member of Victory Apostolic Church, located in Matteson, IL., under the Pastorate of Rev. Andrew D. Singleton Jr. She has been saved and Holy Ghost filled for 37 yrs. She answered the call to the Ministry in 1989, and God has anointed her to go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit in the Preaching and Teaching of His Word, as well as Ministering in the Prophetic.

Evangelist Deloney has ministered at various International Conventions and is also a Conference Speaker. Evangelist Deloney is also the Founder and Teacher of “Warriors in Action Outreach Ministries”, where she teaches others the importance of Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance. She has been a Prayer Warrior with an International Intercessory Prayer Network.
