What a gift to talk to Carlo and Jaclyn Pastena about fitness, business, structure, and a positive mindset. Carlo is the owner of Carlo’s Crew LLC here in Anchorage, Alaska, and Jaclyn is pursuing an Occupational Therapy career and serves as a support to Carlo’s Crew.

In this episode, Carlo and Jaclyn share their story of obstacles and determination. By adding structure into their business and lives, they are achieving their definition of success which is, “to change the world one day, one person at a time.” As a young couple, they have made tremendous steps to pursue their visions of business growth, marriage, and happiness. Recently, adding a business coach has helped them to gain clarity and more focus to reach their goals.
