“It's slightly ironic that we sit here six months later and we're facing some of the same challenges again about less accessibility to mortgage finance, higher costs of mortgage finance, concerns about where interest rates will go and how much further they will go. And clearly, that has a big implication for what happens to house prices and what happens to transactions.”
